1. General Terms

By using Lash Fantasy & Beauty Lounge’s website or services, you agree to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • A 24-hour notice is required for permanent makeup appointments (2.5+ hours).
  • A 12-hour notice is required for lash full sets, lash refills, and appointments over 15 minutes.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the full service fee.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or a shortened appointment.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are required at the time of service.
  • No refunds are provided for completed services.
  • Deposits for permanent makeup services are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled within the required notice period.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before treatment.
  • We maintain a strict hygiene protocol, and all tools are sanitized before use.
  • We have the right to refuse service if a client has an infection, open wounds, or other health concerns.

5. Liability

Lash Fantasy & Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dissatisfaction with results after a service is completed. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions for best results.
